It is heard that aircel is also planning to launch 4G in West Bengal circle where rjio is all set to launch in December, 2015. Airtel doesn’t have 4G license in West Bengal circle. So it is assumed that Airtel will be the greatest looser in data segment after rjio and aircel 4G launch in West Bengal.
