Dear TT fans,
BSNL incoming free plan whether allow incoming calls only from BSNL numbers or we can get free incoming calls from all networks while in roaming?

That BSNL-RoamFREE plan has become as good as useless now… Now BSNL has hiked the roaming outgoing tariff for this plan to Rs1.00/min for Local and Rs1.50/min for STD outgoing Roaming calls. Further the Incoming call Charges in MTNL network is now Rs1.00 per minute.

I am using this plan now in my BSNL (secondary) number. Luckily I have Docomo’s Unlimited-1299 PostPaid plan in my main number. So Roaming outgoing is NOT a problem. But for people using only BSNL-Prepaid for roaming, there is NO good roaming plan…

Incoming call is from all networks in roaming.
Not only that you can also used the free minutes onnet and offnet received by recharge with 199 while in roaming for outgoing calls (30 days validity).
I personally used it in roaming and the onnet and offnet balance was deducted for every outgoing call in roaming upto the free minutes.
Though I am not sure whether this plan is applicable in Delhi & Mumbai (MTNL AREA)
