I am also victim of Airtel data plan fraud. I chose 150/- plan and they have charged excess of 1000/- for using 300mb 2g data for which they have charged in 3g.

please do not opt this plan especially if you postpaid customer there are lots of hidden cost, mine is ultimate sufferer I had opted with great hope after that bill come with shock rs 6700/- contacted airtel customer care, relationship office, nodel officer all are useless and non responsive, I think Airtel is now a biggest fraud in case of gprs service, if you become victims don’t forget there is consumer court, TRAI, RTI and other legal process I have already makeup my mind to proceed for all option.

I kind of agree with you.
In my case, “3G USE” to 121 shows more utilization than that of the bill.
So I am being mislead though out the month.

Luckily, it didn’t show less utilization, otherwise, I would have ended up using more and in a similar position like yours.

Airtel CC is not at all responsive and they seem to be deliberately misunderstanding.
Now I’m planning to move to vf without knowing their capability
