Bharti Airtel has updated its self-care app My Airtel for Android users. The largest telecom operator in India has integrated Airtel Money within the app under a new Wallet section. Airtel users who have Airtel Money account, and who uses the app to carry out recharges now don't need to open the Airtel Money app. Instead, they could now easily add money into their wallet balance using Airtel Money. However, the feature is currently limited, and shows balance and transactions only.

With the new update, recharging an Airtel number, paying bills, or topping-up DTH balance is easy than ever as you don't have to wait for OTP for online purchases through your debit card. You can just recharge by entering your Airtel Money wallet PIN in just two steps. My Airtel is an easy-to-use self-care app that allows customers to conveniently discover, access, and self-manage Airtel services across mobile, fixed line, and DTH platforms.

If you haven't used the My Airtel app for Android or iOS, download the respective apps from Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store. We hope that Airtel will also update its My Airtel app for iOS that can be used on Apple’s iPhones. Do you use My Airtel app? If you do, how do you like the whole experience of using the app? Is it better than using apps like PayTM or FreeCharge?
