Around a month ago we initiated a customer satisfaction survey for BSNL Customers. Your responses helped us gauge customer sentiment towards BSNL and we could draw BSNL's attention towards the same. Today we are starting one more survey, this time for Airtel India customers. Based on our learning from the past surveys we have added some more questions this time.
The survey form would remain open till 24 June 2015 after which the responses would be closed.
