Generally we have a concept called wholesale pricing or purchasing goods in bulk - when consumer buys something in bulk they get some discount or extra benefit. In Telecom also we have been witnessing such a similar strategy and it matters the most when the long term customers who are having considerable age on Network get unique benefits depending on their usage pattern.

It's a good move by Operators to provide Only for you Offers if a subscriber is highly valuable or only for Selected Customers offers.
