Airtel’s RCV 43 is applicable for all the prepaid users of West Bengal & Kolkata Circle. It comes with a validity of 30 days which seems to be a little more cost effective than Rs.37 especially for those who usually make lots of local calls from his/her cell.

airtel is most congested network. Voda and idea both are good in network, but idea is cheaper than voda and his download speed is little bit slow.
