Aircel Users Can Now Browse Aircel App Without Any Data Balance Requirement

Almost every telecom operator is announcing some innovative scheme on the occasion of Independence Day for their customers. Now, Aircel, one of the leading telecom brands in India, today launched free browsing on the Aircel app in a bid to enhance customer experience.

The new feature allows customers to utilize the app for checking latest data outstanding, talk time offers, check data balance, avail a data loan, pay through main account balance and also raise service request, without incurring any cost or even having a data balance on the phone.

This unique feature is a step forward to cater to the customers who regularly browse the app to check data balance and recent Aircel product offerings.

Commenting on the launch of this feature, Anupam Vasudev, Chief Marketing Officer, Aircel, said, “Aircel has always strived to incorporate unique elements in their products and offerings which offer a holistic customer experience. Through this initiative, we aim to reinvent the browsing pattern of our customers and boost engagement on the Aircel app. We feel that this will provide the customers the comfort and ease to browse various offers from the app and recharge their phones conveniently. The special offer will help customers’ freedom from worrying about their data balance while they are browsing the app. Customers can download the Aircel app from Android/iOS App stores.

Recently, Aircel App, the company’s standalone app for both Android and iOS has been awarded as the Best Innovation in the Data Solution by MoneyTech. Aircel app offers some innovative features such as Data Loan, Main Balance Recharge Option, App Exclusive offers.

Data Loan is something which looks innovative because Aircel is offering mobile data as a loan, even if you don’t have talk time left in your account. Aircel is also offering the best data and voice offers exclusively on the Aircel App.
