Aircel today launched its 4G LTE services Tamil Nadu and J&K. With this launch, Aircel becomes the only private telecom operator in Tamil Nadu and J&K to offer services under all the three existing technologies of 2G, 3G and 4G LTE in these markets, bringing it at par with global telecommunication offerings.

Aircel recently announced its 4G services in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar and Odisha . The service will be currently be only available to its enterprise customers.

Aircel 4G LTE high-speed network will receive dedicated internet and secure VPN (Virtual Private Network) services whereas its Home customers will experience various infotainment services on high-speed broadband that will help connect any Wi-Fi device to support services such as faster internet access, Smart TVs, Virtual Home Solutions, Home Security, online gaming and much more.

Still there is no clarity on aircel’s 4G plan details aircel has taken up the position of a data-led mobile service provider banking on the ‘Extra’ proposition that it offers to its customers. As one of the first mobile service providers to gauge early on that data will drive the growth of the telecom industry.
