Acer has unveiled two new tabs, known as Iconia One 8 B1-820 and Iconia Tab 10 A3-A30. Both the devices are powered by a quad-core Intel Atom processor, run Android 5.0 Lollipop and sport a 5-megapixel rear camera.
The Iconia One 8 features an 8-inch HD IPS display with Zero Air Gap technology for smooth resolution. On the other hand, Iconia Tab 10 comes with a 10.1-inch full HD display and is targeted for Education, it will be partnering with Google Education ecosystem. Both the devices feature Acer Precision Plus technology that offers effective touch and writing interface.
There is pre-installed Iconia Suite on the Iconia One 8, which features EZ apps such as EZ Note, EZ WakeUp, EZ Snap and EZ Gadget. All these apps function to provide ease of working with touch gestures and accessibility. It comes in a plethora of 10 colors and will be initially available in North America from July, at a starting price tag of US$149 (INR.11,320 approx.), and in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) from April starting at a price of 179 Euros ( INR 12,230 approx.).
The Acer Iconia Tab 10 will also be initially available in North America from May with starting price of US$299 (INR 18900 approx.), and in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) from May starting at a price of 299 Euros (INR 20435 approx.). The Tab 10 comes with protective film, bumper case, optional stylus, wireless keyboard dock, and protective sleeve.
