VAS provider Mahindra Comviva recognized as ‘Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for CSPs 2016’

The value-added services provider for mobile operators Mahindra Comviva has been positioned in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for CSPs, 2016. The company is identified as a niche player for its billing solutions (iPACS, mBAS), and customer analytics suite MobilytixTM, according to a statement released by the company.

Gartner’s document list out the communications service providers (CSPs) that provide business processes. It rates the solution suites that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and other functions.

Commenting on the achievement, Manoranjan Mohapatra, chief executive officer, Mahindra Comviva said, “We attribute Mahindra Comviva’s recognition to a comprehensive IRCM product portfolio, along with a flexible approach to business and technical requirements accounting for its high levels of customer satisfaction. Mahindra Comviva’s billing solutions (iPACS and mBAS) have over 65 deployments globally. iPACS takes care of various business processes including customer interaction, billing, provisioning and aids decision. The mBAS platform helps companies to deal seamlessly with the third party sales.

Mobilytix is an analytics suite that has over 40 deployments in 25 countries globally. The company claims it to deliver 800 million digital marketing messages per day, 60% accuracy for churn prediction and up to 5% of revenue gain.

Mahindra Comviva is a subsidiary of Tech Mahindra and is a part of the Mahindra Group. Its solutions are deployed by over 130 mobile service providers and financial institutions in over 90 countries.
