Microsoft Lumia 550, 750, and 850 specifications revealed, uninspiring hardware expected

Earlier today, we reported about the high-end hardware specifications of the upcoming Windows 10-based smartphones from Microsoft – the Microsoft Lumia 950 and the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL – and now, some details regarding the upcoming entry-level and mid-range Windows 10-based smartphones have been revealed. All these devices – Microsoft Lumia 550, Microsoft Lumia 750, and Microsoft Lumia 850 – will run Windows 10 out of the box, and feature Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 4G LTE, and dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity.

According to a report by WMPowerUser, the Microsoft Lumia 550 will feature a 5-inch qHD display, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage space, a microSD card slot, a 5-megapixel primary camera with autofocus, a 2-megapixel secondary camera, Windows 10 operating system, and a 1,905 mAh battery.

The Microsoft Lumia 750, on the other hand, feature a 5-inch HD display, a 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage space, a microSD card slot, an 8-megapixel primary camera with ZEISS lens, a 5-megapixel secondary camera, and a 2,650 mAh battery.

The Microsoft Lumia 850, the highest-end of the pack, is expected to feature a 5-inch HD (1280 x 768 pixels) display, a 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 chipset, 1GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage space, a microSD card slot, a 10-megapixel primary camera with  ZEISS lens, a 5-megapixel secondary camera, and a 2,650 mAh battery.
