Microsoft has unveiled the Lumia 430 Dual SIM, which is by far company’s most affordable Lumia smartphone. The phone will be even cheaper than the Lumia 435, which was launched earlier this year.
The design of Lumia 430 Dual SIM is somewhat different from the Lumia 435, but the specification are identical. The phone features a 4-inch WVGA display, and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It runs Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim update, sports a 2-megapixel fixed-focus rear camera without flash and VGA front-facing camera. The device is upgradable to Windows 10 in future as confirmed by Microsoft. Also, the phone has Smart Dual SIM feature, which enables users to assign unique profiles to SIM cards.
The Lumia 430 will be available in bright orange and black colors for a price of US$ 70 (Rs. 4,384 approx.) excluding taxes and subsidies. It will be up for sale at stores in India, the Middle East and Africa, Asia-Pacific, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus in April.
