Zen Mobile, who is known for their entry-level smartphones in India has launched yet another smartphone in the same segment. Known as the Zen Admire Sense, the smartphone costs Rs. 5,999 and offers a fingerprint sensor at the back, which is an unusual feature in the sub Rs. 6,000 price point.

Besides the fingerprint scanner, the Admire Sense also has decent specifications, but they don't match the Xiaomi Redmi 4A though. The Zen Admire Sense comes with a 5-inch FWVGA display, teamed with an unspecified 1.3GHz quad-core processor, maybe a Spreadtrum SoC.

The device has just 1GB of RAM, while the Redmi 4A offers 2GB of RAM, nonetheless. For storing your files and music, the 8GB internal storage comes in handy. However, you can expand the storage up to 32GB via a microSD card. The device accepts dual SIM cards, but you can either use a secondary SIM card or microSD card, which is called as hybrid card setup.

Commenting on the launch, Deepesh Gupta, CEO, Zen Mobile, said At Zen Mobile, we believe in redefining the smartphone experience and addressing the evolving needs of consumers in Tier II and Tier III markets. With the launch of Admire Sense, we aim to offer a rich and premium experience at an affordable price point. Going forward, we will continue to innovate and introduce best in class 4G smartphones for the consumers.

The Admire Sense has two 5MP camera sensors on both front and back. Zen Mobile said that the device would come preinstalled with Niki.AI application- an artificial intelligence application which has a slew of services such as recharge, booking cab, food ordering, etc. All the services can be availed via a chatbot AI assistant.

The phone has a bevy of connectivity options such as 4G LTE, VoLTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and USB OTG. It has built-in FM Radio app along with a micro USB port. This entire package is armed with a 2300mAh battery.

As said earlier, the Zen Admire Sense is priced at Rs. 5,999 and comes in two colour options- Champagne Gold and Blue.
