Yu launches leather back cover for Yuphoria, priced at Rs. 499

Soon after rolling out a software update, Yu has now introduced an affordable Leather Back cover. The cover costs Rs. 499 and can be purchased from Amazon India.

Yu claims that the back cover has been crafted with Nappa leather and fits pretty cleanly around Yuphoria’s camera ring, which makes the device much more attractive. Also, the cover improves the speaker section of the device for better sound output. It is compatible with Yuphoria YU5010 model and is available in Brown color at the moment.

There is no shipping cost involved with it, as Amazon India is offering free delivery and also touts for one-day delivery. To recap, Yu Yuphoria comes with a 5-inch TFT IPS display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The device is powered by a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM. There is 16GB of internal storage on-board and runs Android Lollipop with Cyanogen OS 12. It is backed by a 2,230mAh battery. It sports an 8-megapixel of rear camera with LED flash along with a 5-megapixel front camera. In terms of connectivity, it supports dual-SIM, 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
