Xiaomi to put up 1 Lakh units of Redmi 1S for sale on October 14

Right after the ‘Big Billion Day Sale’, Xiaomi and Flipkart are gearing up for another Redmi 1S flash sale. For the next sale, one lakh units of Redmi 1s will be up for sale on October 14. Xiaomi is also aiming to sell 1,00,000 units of Mi 3 phones in order to take advantage of the Diwali festive season.

Flipkart has sold around 3,00,000 units of Xiaomi smartphones so far. The registration for the upcoming sale has already started, and whooping number of 2,00,000 people have already signed up to take part in the sale. The Xiaomi Redmi 1S is the second highest selling smartphone by Xiaomi after the Mi3. The Redmi 1s offers great specifications at a low price of just Rs. 5,999, which is the main reason for its outrageous success.




Xiaomi Redmi 1S

The Xiaomi Redmi 1S comes with a 4.7-inch 720p IPS LCD display, quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor 1GB of RAM, 8GB of onboard storage, 2,000mAh battery, and runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with 1080p video recording and a 1.6-megapixel front-facing camera.
