The Chinese smartphones manufacturer, Xiaomi’s latest budget line-up is already out now in India and buyers cannot stop talking about it. Like Xiaomi did last time, the company has made it to the headlines this time as well. The new line-up includes the budget phones Xiaomi Redmi 6A, Redmi 6 and Redmi 6 Pro. The phones ship with little to extensive improvements in different areas. In terms of material and build quality, all the three phones are almost similar. With a metal matte finish on a plastic case, the phones come with decent build quality. The Redmi 6 Pro diverges from the other two in design as it comes with a notch on the front. The Redmi 6 sports the MediaTek Helio P22 while the Redmi 6A packs an Helio A22 processor under the hood. Also, in terms of internal memory, the Redmi 6A remains limited to 32GB whereas the Redmi 6 and Redmi 6 Pro offer 64GB of storage. However, all the three phones come with an option of expandable memory by means of microSD card.
All the three phones come with MIUI 9.6 skin with Android 8.1 Oreo. In the coming months, the phones are also bound to get the MIUI 10 update.

Additionally, the front sensor of 5MP on both the phones comes with portrait mode. The same is true for the rear camera setup as well.

The Redmi 6 comes as the entry-level phone in this entire line-up, and it starts retailing for Rs 5,999 for the 2GB/16GB variant. The second variant of the phone with 32GB ROM retails for Rs 6,999. The Redmi 6, with the 3GB/32GB configuration, comes at the price of Rs 7,999, while the option with 64GB of ROM comes with a price tag of Rs 9,499.
The topmost model, Redmi 6 Pro starts retailing for Rs 10,999 with 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage, while the second variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage comes for Rs 12,999. The Redmi 6 Pro has started selling on September 11, while the Redmi 6 was live for sale a day before that. The Redmi 6A will go on sale starting September 19.
