Xiaomi is going to hold a global Mi Phone premier on April 23 at 3.30pm IST in India, New Delhi. The event is creating a lot of buzz online and the company is not leaving any stone unturned in order to make the event a grand one.
The company has also announced that the global Mi event will be available for live stream through its official page on April 23 at 3.30pm IST. Users would be required to visit the page in order to watch it live. The Mi page features a live countdown timer, which will later turn into video streamer as soon as the time is reached. The language of the live stream would be English and the users watching it online can also be virtually connected with the event by tweeting with the hashtag #MiLaunch2015.
Xiaomi has kept the event as a free walk-in, which means that anyone (fans or media persons) will be allowed to attain the event without the need of any invite. The company has been teasing the device, with a tagline - “i IS COMING”, rumors are already making rounds regarding its specs and design. If rumors are to be believed, the device in limelight is being dubbed as the next low-end variant of the Mi4. Interestingly, a device with the name Mi 4i was also spotted on the GeekBench3, which revealed certain specifications of the device.
It is a matter of two days, and after that we will have a clear picture about the mystery phone. We hope it turns out to be buzz worthy!
