Vodafone Updates ‘My Vodafone’ App, Offers more Features for Customers

Vodafone has released a minor update to its ‘My Vodafone’ app for Android, and brings some more features to cater to its users. In the recent update, Vodafone has added important features like notifications for bill due date and detailed internet usage.

vodafone my app update

Customers using the app can share Talktime to any of their friends and family, who use Vodafone, from the app with some easy steps. Vodafone is the first to bring the feature into its self care app. As of now, no operator is giving the feature in their self care app.

Like Bharti Airtel’s “Shake to get offers“, Vodafone adds rewards feature when a user purchases talktime or pays his bill through the app.

After receiving requests from many users, it has also put a ‘Log Out’ button in the app drawer. As many people use multiple SIM cards from the same operator, or have more than one connection from the operator, it will help them to manage their account by tapping into the app. However, Airtel also has the feature in their ‘My Airtel’ app to add multiple numbers which is quite good.

In maharashtra-goa circle no one can beat IDEA. Idea is no 1 network both 2G and 3G in maharashtra. Idea is also no 1 by number of customers in Maharashtra. I love IDEA more than Vodafone because you can use IDEA 3G network in 2G pack.
In vodafone you have to recharge 3G then only they will activate 3G network.

Please don’t use this facility of balance transfer. Telecom companies are robbing in the name of money transfer.
First tata docomo in gujarat had offered this facility free. But Vodafone has always charged for this as you know vodafone has robbing nature. Even bank doesn’t charge for transferring money to another account.

So be smart, recharge with paytm/freecharge/other and don’t pay anything to vodafone.
