Vodafone India’s SuperNet 4G Services Now Live Across More Than 7000 Towns in Maharashtra & Goa Circle

Vodafone India today announced that its SuperNet 4G data service is spread across more than 7,000 towns covering 35 districts of Maharashtra & Goa. Since January 2017, Vodafone has rolled out more than 9,200 sites, which reflects a whopping one site/hour to strengthen its network, catering to the growing demand for data and voice of its over 20 million customers across the circle.

Inviting the residents of Maharashtra & Goa to join the growing Vodafone SuperNet 4G family and experience for themselves the multiple benefits of Vodafone’s Data Strong network, Ashish Chandra, Business Head – Maharashtra & Goa, Vodafone India, said, “We have seen a rapid rise in data consumption, both in urban areas as well as in rural pockets of Maharashtra & Goa. Our network expansion drive has accordingly kept pace to fulfil this growing demand of our millions of customers across these states. Using the latest technologies, we have created additional capacity and built a smart, robust and resilient Data Strong Network.”

Vodafone is offering competitive tariffs for both prepaid and postpaid customers in the circle. The telco with over 210 million overall subscribers has attractive tariff plans such as SuperHour and SuperWeek. Vodafone has an Rs 18 SuperHour tariff plan that offers unlimited 2G/3G/4G data for one hour. Vodafone's other tariff plans for prepaid users include Rs 28 plan for unlimited night data between 1 AM to 6 AM for one night, Rs 69 pack for unlimited local & STD calls and 500 MB data for seven days.

It also offers monthly and long-validity plans such as the Rs 199 and Rs 509 plans, which gives 1GB data per day, unlimited voice calls, and 100 SMS per day for 28 days and 91 days respectively.

Coming to the postpaid users, Vodafone has its RED range of plans such as RED Basic, RED Traveler R, and RED Traveler M. The RED Basic plan gives unlimited local & STD calls and 20GB data at Rs 499, the RED Traveler R pack offers unlimited local & STD calls, 30GB data with roll over up to 200GB and 100 SMS per day.

On top of the luring prepaid and postpaid plans, Vodafone has partnered with handset manufacturers such as Samsung, Vivo, and Micromax to bundle additional data with select 4G handsets. Vodafone is offering up to Rs 1,500 cashback of select Samsung 4G smartphones. With Vivo handsets, the company is giving 10GB free data per month for ten months, and it partnered with Micromax to offer a 4G smartphone at an effective price of Rs 999.

Furthermore, Vodafone is also providing its users free digital content services in the form of Vodafone Play. Also, Vodafone is offering decent broadband plans with Vodafone You program in the circle.
