Vivo X200 series will launch in India on Thursday, December 12, 2024. This will be one of the most exciting smartphone launches in the country as its camera has been hailed as great by tech experts in the industry. There will be two smartphones - Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro. Both are premium smartphones and thus would compete with the upcoming Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and the already-launched iPhone 16 series. The specifications of the devices are already out as they have launched in China, but the official pricing will only come at the time of launch. Many industry people however expect the Vivo X200 standard model will be priced under Rs 70,000.

Vivo X200
Vivo X200 comes with a 6.67-inch 10-bit OLED LTPS quad-curved display with support for HDR10+, PWM dimming, and 4500nits of peak brightness. The X200 will have a triple-camera setup finetuned by ZEISS where the primary sensor will be a 50MP Sony IMX921 sensor paired with a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto sensor and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor. For selfies, the device will feature a 32MP sensor at the front.
The device will pack a 5800mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging. The device will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC and it will have IP68 and IP69 rating. With the Vivo X200, you can expect UFS 4.0 storage and up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM.

Vivo X200 Pro
The Vivio X200 Pro will have a slightly higher pricing due to a better camera, and it will only come in a single 16GB RAM (LPDDR5X) RAM variant. The device will be powered by the exact same chipset - Dimensity 9400 SoC. It will have an LTPO panel, with variable refresh rate support of 120Hz. The Vivo X200 Pro comes with a 6000mAh battery and support for 90W fast-charging.
The difference between the Pro variant and the standard variant is the presence of 200MP ZEISS APO rear telephoto camera sensor in the Pro variant. There's also Vivo's V3+ imaging chip, which will enable users to make 4K HDR cinematic portrait video and 10-bit log video recording at 60fps.
