The Telco has announced best-in-industry increments going up to 38% for its employees in the current financial year, with the average fixed raise being 11% and rest coming in form of bonus which will be in addition to the Performance linked incentive (PLI). Here Videocon Telecom employees can earn up to 12 month basic and minimum 3 month basic salary as bonus.
