Not really its depend on company policy… Take a example of Tata Docomo how they attracting customer by offering interesting service… well if one company not ready for competition why the applied for license ???

After seeing the failure of UNINOR,IDEA,Rgsm & AIRCEL in karnataka may be Videcon mobile is thinking whether to launch or no 🙂
