Swipe technologies, one of the leading India's mobile internet company, has added yet another smartphone in the country. Dubbed as the Swipe Elite Sense, the phone comes with a 5-inch HD display and is priced at Rs 7499. The phone will be up for sale exclusively via the e-commerce site, Flipkart from March 6 and will be available in two colour variants- Space Grey and Champagne Gold.
The Swipe Elite Sense measures 8.5mm in thickness and weighs around 146 grams. Aforesaid, the newly announced Elite Sense comes with a 5-inch HD display, carrying a resolution of 720*1280 pixels. At the heart of the phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset with all the four cores clocked at 1.4GHz.
The processor is paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The storage can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card. Connectivity-wise, the Elite Sense features 4G LTE, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11/b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB OTG.
In terms of camera, there is a 13MP camera located at the rear side of the phone along with an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. There's a fingerprint sensor located on the back side of the phone within reach of your index finger.
Also, the phone packs in a 2500mAh battery and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. The phone comes with sensors such as proximity, ambient light, and a gyroscope sensor.
