Sony has just launched a mid range smartphone named the Xperia C3 which has its front camera as a key area of focus. It is being touted as a selfie device as its front camera comes with a flash and has been loaded with features to give you the ultimate selfie experience without burning a hole in your pocket. Let us take a look at its specifications:

  • 5.5 inch display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 and a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels
  • 1.2 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor
  • Adreno 305 GPU
  • 1GB RAM
  • Android 4.4 KitKat
  • 8GB of internal storage which is expandable by 64GB with a microSD card
  • 8MP primary camera with  Exmor RS sensor and a LED flash wiith support for 1080p video recording
  • 5MP secondary camera with a soft LED flash and a 25mm wide angle lens. It has a 80 degree field of view and comes with a feature to click the picture by just double tapping the rear cover. It gets a slew of software features as well.
  • 4G LTE, 3G (HSPA+), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Dual SIM
  • 2500 mAh Battery
  • Black, White and Mint colours

There's no word on pricing yet but will be released when it will start rolling out from China in August.
