After making the JioPhone available on Mobikwik application, Reliance Jio is officially selling the 4G feature phone on Amazon India for Rs 1,500. We're using the word 'officially' here because the seller is Reliance Digital itself, which is Reliance Retail's official offline stores that sell the company's own products and products from third-party brands. So the JioPhone can now be picked from Amazon India, Mobikwik and the company's own portal Jio.com.

So head over to Amazon India's JioPhone link and purchase the product by paying Rs 1,500 security deposit amount. After purchasing, visit any nearest Reliance Digital or Jio Store with the device, original box and your Aadhaar number for activation of the JioPhone. That said, you must carry the JioPhone with you to get the feature phone working.

Earlier, there were several third-party sellers who listed JioPhone online for a higher price, but that's not the case with this new listing as the company itself is selling the feature phone on the e-commerce portal.

Recently, the Reliance JioPhone was made available on Mobikwik application, and it became it first non-Jio platform to offer the feature phone booking. And now, Amazon joins the list. Maybe the company will start selling the product in other e-commerce portals too.

After visiting the nearest Jio store, you have to choose to new Jio SIM card along with the tariff plan of either Rs 49 or Rs 153. The Rs 49 plan gives unlimited calling and 1GB data for 28 days, whereas the Rs 153 plan offers 1.5GB data per day and unlimited voice calls for 28 days. More recently, the JioPhone received official Facebook app as well.
