OnePlus has declared that it will be providing complete warranty cover to all the existing OnePlus One users in India. OnePlus, India Head, Vikas Agarwal, announced on the OnePlus Forum, where he said that Indian users who have purchased the international variant of OnePlus One, can now enjoy the full warranty cover in India.

However, point to be noted is that, only the global model of the OnePlus One will receive the complete warranty cover and not the Chinese model. The move to provide its Indian users with warranty, is an obvious hint that the makers will soon officially start selling the flagship smartphone in the Indian market. As of now, the OnePlus One is slated to reach the Indian shores by end of this year.

Vikas Agarwal thanked the Indian consumers on the company forum. He said, “The ardent support of our fans in India has played a big role in enabling us to prepare for India so quickly. Your belief in our product, our mission and the brand has been integral to the growth of OnePlus”, said Agarwal.

In October, OnePlus also unleashed that OnePlus One will be sold in India only via selected invites in the country and not through a pre-order system. Meanwhile, the second round of pre-orders for the OnePlus One was scheduled for today at 3:00 pm IST.
