It is very difficult to receive the bill and to make payment for postpaid data card connection at chennai. No proper response from the customer care as well as from the mts outlet.

I purchased an Mblaze data card with ARP 2397 plan from Vinson Mobile Center ,CP,Delhi. The card has not been activated even 1 week after the purchase. Moreover, the dealer, i.e. VINSON MOBILE CENTER, starts abusing me whenever i ask him to activate.
MTS has very poor dealerships.
For postpaid subscribers, there is no place to pay the bill online (As per CC)
