Telecom operators are showering cashback offers on the users, especially in the last couple of months. Today, Idea Cellular has come up with a new offer, namely, ‘Jeeto Bejhijhak,’ aiming at driving data usage. Under this new offer, the telco will be providing a cashback coupon of Rs 20 on every recharge of Rs 100 for prepaid customers. The Rs 20 cashback coupon can be used on the subsequent recharges of Rs 199 and above. Do make a note that the recharges of Rs 100 should be done on Idea’s website or MyIdea application. And as expected, the coupons can only be used on Idea’s website or application.
On top of this offer, Idea Cellular has launched a new television campaign “Kal Dekhe So Aaj Dekh, Aaj Dekhe So Right Now.” In the campaign, Idea promises that it will provide its prepaid customers with offers on a constant basis. Idea states that it will deliver unlimited calls with abundant data, assured cashback and exciting prizes such as bikes, cars, smartphones on the recharges done through My Idea application.
Furthermore, the ad reiterates Idea Cellular’s motive of increasing data consumption among its users alongside providing the users cashback offers and other prizes. The cashback offer is valid from June 5, 2018, to August 15, 2018.
Speaking on the new campaign Mr Sashi Shankar, Chief Marketing Officer, Idea Cellular, said, ‘Idea is a strong 4G player, and the new campaign is a celebration of endless video watching owing to Unlimited Recharges that offer abundant data on Idea 4G.”
The ‘Dekhte Jao, bejhijak with Idea 4G’ campaign will be an integrated 360 campaign, spanning across 104 Television channels, Radio, OOH and Digital.
Telecom operators such as Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio are already providing cashback offers on various smartphones through their applications. However, Idea Cellular is providing Rs 20 cashback to every prepaid user who recharges through My Idea application.
