Reliance Jio has finally reintroduced the JioFi Exchange Offer for customers looking to exchange their old non-JioFi hotspot device with a newer JioFi model. However, this Exchange Offer from the company is a limited period one, and alongside the exchange offer, Jio is also offering an instant cashback of up to Rs 2,200. But the cashback is in the form of vouchers of Rs 50 which will be credited to MyJio account. This has been one of the much-awaited schemes from the company but being a limited period one will disappoint many.

As per the steps given by the company, customers have to first purchase the JioFi hotspot device at Rs 999 and get a new Jio 4G SIM activated by recharging with the Rs 198 or Rs 299 plan along with Rs 99 JioPrime subscription. After activating the Jio SIM card, customers have to head over to any JioStore of Reliance Digital Store with the older non-Jio hotspot device and provide the serial number, MSISDN number at the store.
After submitting the old non-JioFi hotspot device, the cashback of Rs 2,200 will be instantly credited to the customer’s MyJio Account. As stated, the cashback amount will be credited in the form of 44 vouchers of Rs 50 each which can be redeemed upon the recharge of Rs 198 and Rs 299 only in the future.
As per the company’s website, customers need to purchase the JioFi hotspot device by heading over to Jio.com and post the delivery; they have to visit the JioStore to get the cashback of Rs 2,200 by submitting their old hotspot device. In the past too, Jio launched such exchange offer but ended it quickly. Back then, the company offered free data add-ons to the customers exchanging the old non-JioFi hotspot device, but this time around, they’re going with the cashback vouchers.
