I live in Kengeri. My office is in basement level, hence I may be facing this issue. I even escalated it to customer care. They said I would get a call in 48 hours and disconnected, without a ticket ID. As expected, nobody called. 3G/4G is fine without a doubt. But problem is 2G voice (and internet too) . Have you not experienced call drops as well? I mean rare cases are fine, but everyday??? 🙁 🙁 I’m a postpaid customer, and I’ve to pay every month for pathetic services ;(
