As reported by TelecomTalk, Celona has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NOW Corporation and NOW Telecom in the Philippines. Celnona stated that it has signed non-binding agreements with mobile network operators in Southeast Asia, including Viettel in Vietnam, and Peratech and WIZCORE in South Korea. These MOUs are set to pave the way for the introduction of Celona's 5G stand-alone (SA) private wireless networks.

Service Model Development

The partnering companies will collaborate to develop a service model for offering Celona's 5G stand-alone (SA) private wireless networks to various vertical markets, such as ports, transportation hubs, factories, and logistics operations. Celona said the focus will be on integration, interoperability testing, validation, and sales/marketing strategies for private wireless solutions.
