Cablenet Selects Infovista’s Ativa Solution to Enhance Customer Experience in Cyprus

Cyprus telco provider Cablenet has announced its collaboration with Infovista to enhance the customer experience across its fixed and mobile networks. Cablenet said the deployment of Infovista’s Ativa automated assurance and operations solution, specifically the cloud-native Ativa Experience module, will enable it to optimize the core network monitoring of its 2G/3G/4G, IMS and fixed networks and deliver superior services to its subscribers.

Cablenet delivers quadplay services – fixed, mobile, internet and digital TV – in the Cypriot telecom market and the telco aims to prioritize customer experience as it expands its subscriber base.

Cablenet Selects Infovista’s Ativa Solution

With a focus on maintaining service quality, Cablenet has selected Ativa Experience to provide its customer care and NOC/SOC teams with actionable insights into the end-to-end customer experience. Cablenet said this approach will allow it to monitor, identify, prioritize, and resolve any issues that may impact its customers.

The Chief Core Networks Officer of Cablenet, Panayiotis Kouloumbrides, emphasized the importance of delivering a seamless customer experience amidst the company’s rapid growth, adding 40 percent in overall subscriber base in the last year alone, including 102 percent growth in mobile subscriptions.

He expressed confidence in Infovista as a trusted partner, stating that the collaboration not only supports Cablenet’s current growth but also positions them for future opportunities such as 5G technology.
