Cablenet Selects Infovista’s Ativa Solution to Enhance Customer Experience in Cyprus

Cyprus telco provider Cablenet has announced its collaboration with Infovista to enhance the customer experience across its fixed and mobile networks. Cablenet said the deployment of Infovista's Ativa automated assurance and operations solution, specifically the cloud-native Ativa Experience module, will enable it to optimize the core network monitoring of its 2G/3G/4G, IMS and fixed networks and deliver superior services to its subscribers.

Cablenet delivers quadplay services - fixed, mobile, internet and digital TV - in the Cypriot telecom market and the telco aims to prioritize customer experience as it expands its subscriber base.

Cablenet Selects Infovista's Ativa Solution

With a focus on maintaining service quality, Cablenet has selected Ativa Experience to provide its customer care and NOC/SOC teams with actionable insights into the end-to-end customer experience. Cablenet said this approach will allow it to monitor, identify, prioritize, and resolve any issues that may impact its customers.

The Chief Core Networks Officer of Cablenet, Panayiotis Kouloumbrides, emphasized the importance of delivering a seamless customer experience amidst the company's rapid growth, adding 40 percent in overall subscriber base in the last year alone, including 102 percent growth in mobile subscriptions.

He expressed confidence in Infovista as a trusted partner, stating that the collaboration not only supports Cablenet's current growth but also positions them for future opportunities such as 5G technology.

Renata da Silva, Infovista VP Product Automated Assurance, said: "It’s not enough to simply have KPIs. To deliver market-leading customer experience, operators need real-time alerting and actionable insights into their subscribers' behaviours, trends, preferences and perceived quality."

Infovista's cloud-native solutions help Cablenet obtain valuable data and insights about subscriber behaviours and preferences. By unifying network planning, testing, and assurance on a single NLA Cloud Platform, Infovista streamlines operations and provides unprecedented visibility and efficiency.

Cablenet said it has been working closely with Infovista across various stages of its network lifecycle. In addition to Ativa Experience, Cablenet utilizes Infovista's Planet for RF planning and optimization, as well as TEMS Investigation, TEMS Pocket, and TEMS Paragon for mobile network testing, troubleshooting, and benchmarking.
