The much hyped Fibro Combo ULD 777 and 1277 promotional plans have not been implemented in any state, because the circle authorities are scared of revenue losses. This is why public sector undertakings fall behind because the lack the dynamism. So we are now waiting for JIO Fiber to come and take over in Bhubaneswar because here there are no high bandwidth ISP’s. BSNL is too expensive and the maximum affordable speed provided is 15 mbps.
