I got this plan last month in August. I live in an area near to the Telephone exchange. By their normal wired connection, I am getting 6.5 Mpbs speed for downloads. The BSNL guy told me that for higher speeds, OFC options are better. I got this plan this july. But as discussed in this forum, speed will be around 2 Mbps most of the time. Online complaints are getting closed without even checking with the customers. As usual, the BSNL officials continue to have this attitude problem. But still, no private operators will give quality upto this standard even with heavy rates. May be we should leave with it untill service operators wake up to the actual consumer problems

Worth trying this plan. Speed is good and is much better then the private players who promise speed up to 40 mbps and you end up not able to open even a simple mail, buffering is very slow and keeps breaking….they cheat you technically . BSNL is much better .I get a constant speed of 6 mbps + and the quality is much better then the 40 mbps speed I was getting earlier from Ficus .. you can also make free calls between 9 to 7. Worth for the quality BSNL cheating at all..
