Last one year behind Airtel for better coverage in our area where 300 houses and a college are located. Every time hear a lie, visit for survey but no action for improvement. If anyone from Airtel top management is listening I can share the entire mail thread of incompetence. Imagine this is happening even with corporate connections.

One reason could be Telenor and docomo customer is being handle by same 2g/3g/4g network, which might over-burden it. So It was not suprise that Airtel added 10K only. Secondly Airtel want ot meet 50% in bihar after aquiring telenor and again 50% after docomo. thirdly, Airtel want to increser profit hence has to give quality service to POSTPAID, which will benifit prepaid also. So have great speed and lesser call-drop , its cleaning out dummy Subsciber… Read more »

Airtel now have Post paid and pre paid that close to Rs 200+ price bracket. Most of it is 3G 4G there is no option for those who want only voice. Wrong marketing decision for a country like India
