Postpaid Plans

Telecom companies have developed an extensive portfolio of postpaid plans that are packed with data, voice calling and steaming benefits. Recently, the renowned telco made amendments in its postpaid offerings by removing the popular Rs 799 postpaid plan. However, if we talk about entry-level postpaid plans, Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Idea offers almost similar benefits with competitive pricing. In this article, we will list the best entry-level postpaid plans by Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea in August 2021.

Bharti Airtel Rs 399 Postpaid Plan

Even though Airtel made some adjustments in its prepaid and postpaid roster, the entry-level postpaid plan is still intact. The postpaid plan has been designed for users who wish for high-speed data and voice calling benefits. Under the Rs 399 postpaid plan, Airtel offers 40GB of internet data with a data rollover facility. Apart from this, users get unlimited local and ISD voice calling benefits along with 100 SMSes per day. The postpaid plan comes under the basic plans, and it does not offer subscriptions to OTT platforms other than Airtel Xsteam. However, if users are willing to pay Rs 100 extra, they can opt for Rs 499 postpaid plan and get exclusive steaming benefits.

Reliance Jio Rs 399 Postpaid Plan

The entry-level postpaid plan of Reliance Jio directly competes with Bharti Airtel. However, Reliance Jio offers OTT streaming benefits in its basic Rs 399 postpaid plan, which is not present in Bharti Airtel. Under the Rs 399 postpaid plan, Reliance Jio offers 75GB of internet data along with unlimited voice calling and SMS benefits. The best feature of the postpaid plan is the 200GB data rollover facility. To ensure a hassle-free experience, the telco offers SIM home delivery and premium call centre service. As for OTT benefits, Jio users get subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video or Disney+Hotstar VIP. Additionally, users will get subscriptions to various Jio apps such as JioCinema, JioTV and more.

Vodafone Idea Rs 399 Postpaid Plan

Vodafone Idea’s entry-level postpaid plan is almost similar to Bharti Airtel. Under the Rs 399 postpaid plan, users get 40GB of internet data with one single connection. Along with it, users get 200GB data rollover facility. There are no third-party OTT streaming benefits available in the plan. However, users get access to Vi Movies and TV that offers access to premium movies, originals, Live TV, news and more. Similar to Airtel, if Vodafone Idea postpaid subscribers opt for Rs 499 plan, they can get a one-year subscription to Amazon Prime Video, which is worth Rs 999.
