Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal [TDSAT] Asks Aircel to pay 5 paise Termination Fee

The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal on Nov 23rd directed Aircel to pay a termination fee of 5 paise per SMS to Vodafone India till the dispute is fully resolved. Vodafone India Blocks Aircel SMSs in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, New Delhi and Karnataka circles

The telecom operators cold war over termination  fees continues, with now Vodafone India blocking incoming text messages from Aircel following a non-payment of termination charges. Positive Growth On GSM Subscriber base in Oct 2012 Airtel Adds Most
