Airtel Digital TV crosses 10M subscriber mark in six years, adds 12 new channels

With this new achievement, the provider has decided to add 12 new channels to its subscribers, which will raise its total number of channels and services to a new milestone of 500. Alongside, the company would also expand its HD portfolio to over 50 HD channels. The Number of regional channels will also be increased.

Airtel Digital TV, which recently introduced Integrated Digital TV (iDTV), has many first-of-its-kind credits with it. The operator was the first to introduce Universal Remote, with Multi-lingual EPG. It is also the first company that facilitated the recording on a standard definition set-top-box using a USB storage device.

As per my experience TATA SKY is better than AIRTEL DTH and DISH TV FRAUD.
Atlease AIRTEL is better compared to DISH TV Fraud.

4. NO DISCIPLINE AT CARE NOS
5. SERVICE CHARGES Rs.450 Including Tax but Not Including Material Charges
If wire is bitten by rat at a point the person Charges Rs.150/- + Tax for Rs.5 Connector which is available at electronic/electrical markets openly.
6. Channels cut in middle
7. Always 301 NO SIGNAL
8. 301. CONTACT ISSUES
WASTE OF MONEY
But TATA is excellent in terms of services as well as customercare and Rates

So here airtel crosses 10 mn mark and TATA sky drama starts again. Again no signal on half of the channels. Just 15 days before, i got that damn thing serviced. Now again they are asking to text NS to 56633. Offfff!!!

Why everyone is comparing downtime of DTH.

Can u tell practically out of 365 days.

How much total hours your cable is not working.

Say 5 minutes per event into 20 events

So 100min,.

Then compare with DTH downtime.

I can. Say if ur dish is 100% correct fitted , u can still watch Channels when its raining outside.

So downtime wise DTH is not having any disadvantage.

But quality wise DTH are really superior.

Extra amount of rs250 over digital cable is for premium for better audio and video qualities.
