Airtel Announces Support Measures for Landslide Victims in Wayanad, Kerala
In response to the devastating landslide that recently struck Wayanad, Kerala, Airtel has stepped up to support the affected communities with a series of relief measures aimed at alleviating the impact of this natural disaster. As part of its commitment to solidarity and community support, Airtel has announced initiatives to assist those impacted by the tragedy:

Free Mobile Services for Prepaid Customers

To ensure continued connectivity for users whose prepaid mobile services have expired, Airtel will provide 1 GB of free mobile data per day, unlimited calling, and 100 SMS per day for a period of three days. This measure is expected to help those who are unable to recharge their prepaid accounts due to the current situation.

Extended Payment Deadlines for Postpaid Users

Recognising the challenges faced by postpaid customers, Airtel said it is extending the bill payment deadlines by 30 days. This measure will help ensure that customers have uninterrupted access to their mobile services during this critical period.

Relief Material Collection Points

In a bid to support local relief efforts, Airtel has converted all 52 of its retail stores across Kerala into collection points for relief materials.
