ACT Fibernet has silently expanded its broadband services to Kakinada town in Andhra Pradesh state. So far, residents of Kakinada city are enjoying broadband services from YOU Broadband, Excell Broadband and a couple of local Internet Service Providers (ISPs), but finally, ACT has introduced its wide range of plans in the city. ACT Fibernet's broadband plans in Kakinada start from Rs 549 for the 20 Mbps connections and goes all the up to Rs 3,999 for the 100 Mbps connection. The maximum speed offered by the non-telco ISP is 100 Mbps in the city, while in a couple of cities (Hyderabad, Bengaluru), ACT is giving up to 1 Gbps broadband connection.
Speaking about the plans introduced in the Kakinada city, there are a total of seven plans on offer. The ACT Silver plan of Rs 549 gives a user 20 Mbps broadband connection with 150GB of FUP per month. Next on the list, we have the ACT Gold plan that offers a 30 Mbps connection with 200GB FUP per month, followed by the ACT Diamond plan which gives the user up to 50 Mbps speeds until 250GB. Lastly, we have the Rs 3,999 SOHO Incredible plan worth Rs 3,999 which gives up to 100 Mbps speeds until 800GB. All the SOHO plans offer an after FUP speed of 2 Mbps.
Interested users in the Kakinada city can head over to ACT Fibernet's official website and book a connection. Surely, the plans are on the steeper side because YOU Broadband is offering a 200 Mbps connection with 500GB FUP per month at Rs 1,549 in the city. Also, Excell Broadband has some attractive plans too in the city, which makes it even tougher for ACT Fibernet to sustain in the city. But ACT Fibernet has far better service and reliability when compared to other ISPs in the country.
