Yupp TV, ACT Fibernet join hands to entertain Hyderabad users at Rs. 99

ACT (Atria Convergence Technologies Private Limited), the country's fourth-largest Internet service provider, has announced a partnership with over-the-top provider for south Asian content, YuppTV.

As a part of the partnership, ACT subscribers can avail the entire array of YuppTV’s content of over 200 live TV channels, more than 2,000 movies, 100 TV shows and over 1,000 short movies for Rs. 99 per month in Hyderabad as an add-on package.

Speaking on the partnership, Mr. Bala Malladi, CEO of the ACT Group said “Hyderabad is one of the highest internet penetrated cities in the country and we are delighted to associate with YuppTV which is one of the world’s largest internet-based TV. This partnership is line with our strategic plans for Hyderabad as the city continues to be a key market for us and we will always attempt to give reliable high speeds with upload and download, the consumers can enjoy equal data limit on both.”

Speaking on the partnership, Uday Reddy, Founder & CEO, YuppTV, said, “Streaming videos require high fidelity networks with consistent speeds to deliver a buffer-free experience. With this partnership, we are attempting to enhance accessibility to YuppTV content and solve internet connectivity concerns for our users through ACT’s high-speed broadband framework. We are confident that our Hyderabad users will welcome the initiative, and be able to seamlessly enjoy our library of diverse entertainment solutions through ACT.”

To activate their YuppTV subscriptions, users can log onto the ACT portal and select YuppTV as an add-on package or call the ACT helpline at 040-66272727. Activating the deal will also enable users to stream their favorite content on more than five screens, including TV, web and mobile, with a single subscription.
