Airtel launches ‘Cyber Cafe’ data packs, offering Unlimited data for 1 hour at Rs 5

After announcing extra data for night usage, telecom major Airtel has now launched ‘Cyber Cafe’ data pack for prepaid data customers across all circles . ‘Cyber Cafe’ pack is a new kind of offering from Airtel which will offer unlimited data on 2G network for 1 hour at only Rs 5.

Currently Vodafone and Aircel are offering 10-20 mb 2G data at Rs 5.  Half of the regular data customers of Airtel are using 2G networks. So an unlimited data offering at only Rs 5 would be a great deal for those millions of customer’s. However in current scenario 2G speeds are slower.

To get the ‘Cyber Cafe’ pack; Airtel customers need to recharge the pack through 56565 ( toll-free) or one can get the pack activated through USSD code *121*8#.
