Idea Cellular, India's third largest telecom operator, has unveiled a new scheme for its postpaid users. Dubbed as ‘Data Jackpot’ program, Idea Cellular is offering 1GB to 10GB data jackpot at just Rs. 100. This offer is exclusive for the postpaid customers of Idea Cellular and can be availed via My Idea application or Idea website.

This offer is live from the last four months and has been successful for the company as well. Here are the five things you need to know about the Idea Jackpot Offer.

Idea Postpaid Customers Can Get Up to 10GB Data at Rs. 100

As said earlier, the customer will get up to 10GB data benefit per month at Rs. 100 monthly benefit for first 90 days. After 90 days, Idea will offer just 1GB data per month at Rs. 100. So, the 90-day cycle starts from when the customer recharges with the pack for the first time.

Plan Renews Automatically

Out of the 10GB data allocated to the customer, 1GB data will be provided as per customer's billing cycle. The remaining data will be provided for 30 days from the date of activation and will renew two more times automatically, each for 30 days.

Offer is Valid Only Once Per Number

This offer is valid only once per number in the offer period, and the offer is available for subscription for a limited period till August 31, 2017. If the customers enrol the plan before August 31, he will continue enjoying the benefits as per the plan.

The free data benefit will be applicable only on available Idea network as per following telecom circles: AP, HR, HP, GJ, KL, MP & CG, MH & Goa, PB, UP East, UP West, JK – 4G/3G/2G

AS, BR, KA, Mumbai, North East, OR, RJ, TN, WB – 4G/2G (3G Usage will be chargeable)

DL, Kolkata – 3G/2G

Customer Can Deactivate the Plan Midway

In case, if a customer deactivates the 1GB pack before completion of 90 days, then only the 1GB benefit component will be discontinued. The remaining data will continue till 90 days validity with Rs.100 rental/month.
