YOU Broadband, one of the major broadband player in the country with presence in over 20 cities has introduced a new high-speed 200 Mbps broadband plan in Hyderabad city. The Internet Service Provider is offering the 200 Mbps plan in four different packages with data FUP per month being the difference between the plans. The premium plan of Rs 1,549 offers 500GB of FUP along with an after FUP speed of 5 Mbps. All the four plans offer 5 Mbps after FUP speed after the completion of FUP. The other plans of Rs 1,449, Rs 1,349 and Rs 1,248 offers 400GB, 300GB and 200GB FUP per month. The prices of these plans include the taxes, which is a good thing.
Alongside the 200 Mbps broadband plan, YOU Broadband is also offering 150 Mbps plan starting from Rs 999. The base Rs 999 plan offers 150GB of data, the Rs 1,099 plan provides 250GB of data, the Rs 1,199 plan gives 400GB and lastly, the Rs 1,299 plan gives 600GB of data. Having said that, all these plans offer an after FUP speed of 5 Mbps.
Earlier, YOU Broadband launched 250 Mbps and 200 Mbps broadband plans in several regions, excluding Hyderabad. But the 200 Mbps plan is now listed on the company's website. And the 200 Mbps plan is priced affordably too in the region, but the FUP limit is slightly on the lower side. The company could have a 200 Mbps plan with 1TB limit per month. The ISP recently introduced data rollover feature on its platform too.
ACT Fibernet is also offering a 150 Mbps broadband plan in Hyderabad, but the leading ISP with over 60% market share in the region is not offering 200 Mbps plan. Nevertheless, ACT has a 1 Gbps broadband plan in the region, but it's priced steeply at Rs 5,999.
With this rollout of 200 Mbps plan in Hyderabad, YOU Broadband is offering 200 Mbps plan in Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Kakinada, Mumbai, Nashik, Navi Mumbai, Navsari, Powai, Pune, Surat, Thane, Vadodara, Vapi, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad.
