Xolo has announced their first Windows Phone 8.1 device, the Xolo Win Q900S. It is targeting the Lumia 630 Dual SIM with its price of Rs 11,999. The device comes with a 4.7 inch HD display, quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, dual SIM card slots and 8MP camera. You can pre-order the Xolo Win Q900S at Snapdeal for Rs 9,999.

Similar to the Micromax Win W121 and Nokia Lumia 630 Dual SIM, the Xolo Win Q900S is also a dual SIM device. The design looks decent and surprisingly, it weighs only 100 grams. We are expecting a lot of new Windows Phone 8.1 device launches this year as Microsoft has announced a lot of new partners including Micromax, Xolo, Karbonn, LG, Gionee, etc.
