Xolo has been doing some good stuff when it comes to smartphone software with its new Hive UI. The company has also updated most of its devices to Android 4.4 KitKat, and now it has started working on Android Lollipop. As promised during the launch of the Xolo One, the company has announced it will start rolling out to the Android 5.0 Lollipop to the device starting January 16.
Android 5.0 Lollipop features new Material UI design ethos, redesigned notifications bar, improved notification customisation options, battery saver, guest mode, multi-user support, improved camera performance, and support for 15 new languages. We hope that most of these new features make it to the Xolo One.
Priced at Rs. 6,990, the Xolo One is an entry-level smartphone featuring a 4.5-inch FWVGA display, quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, 5-megapixel primary camera, VGA secondary camera, and a 1,700 mAh battery.
