Xiaomi has been conducting flash sales ever since the launch of the phone back in January, but still, the device goes out of stock in a matter of time. The Redmi Note 4 is the best budget smartphone of 2017 until now because of the value for money proportion. Xiaomi sold over one million units of the Note 4 in just 45 days and 1.8 million units in three months since the launch, which explains the craze for the phone in Indian market.

The Redmi Note 4 is available in three variants- 2GB RAM + 32GB internal storage, 3GB RAM + 32GB storage, and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. All the three variants will be available for purchase in four colour options- Matte Black, Dark Gray, Gold, and Silver. The base 2GB RAM variant is priced at Rs. 9,999; the 3GB RAM option costs Rs. 10,999, while the premium 4GB RAM option sets you back at Rs. 12,999.

Coming to the specifications of the Redmi Note 4, it packs a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, which further results in a pixel density of 401 PPI. The device is fuelled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset, paired with 2GB/3GB/4GB of RAM. The phone has a hybrid card setup, allowing you to either use two SIM cards or one SIM card and microSD card.

The Redmi Note 4 has a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus (PDAF), and dual-LED flash. There’s a 5MP front-facing camera which lacks flash support. The Note 4 has connectivity options such as 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a micro USB port. It comes laden with MIUI 8 based on Android Marshmallow. Xiaomi has added a massive 4100mAh battery to the phone.

Chakri is a go-to guy for your next smartphone recommendation. Back in his engineering days, he used to play with smartphones by installing custom ROMs and that passion got him into the tech industry. He still goes nuts about a smartphone knocking his door for review. Currently managing everything at Telecom Talk, Chakri is trying to master PUBG Mobile in his free time.
