Earlier today, Xiaomi launched the bezel-less Mi Mix 2 and mid-range Mi Note 3 smartphone in China. Right after the event, Xiaomi confirmed that they will be launching the Mi Mix 2 in India very soon. At the recent Mi A1 event in India, Xiaomi confirmed that a flagship phone will be launched in very soon, and it could be the Mi Mix 2 itself.
Well, this is a joyful news for the Indian fans. And if Xiaomi manages to price the smartphone below Rs. 35,000, it would be a great deal, and will surely sell in good numbers. As a quick recap, the Mi Mix 2 features a 5.99-inch FHD+ display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, 6GB of RAM, and Adreno 540 GPU.
At the back, the phone has a single 12MP sensor and a 5MP front-facing camera. It runs MIUI 9 and is backed by a 3400mAh battery. The price of the smartphone is yet to be revealed by Xiaomi. We're expecting the device to debut in India in October or November, going by Xiaomi's alternate month launch model this year.
Along with the Mi Mix 2, the Chinese company also announced the Mi Note 3, which caters to the mid-range segment, unlike the Mi Note 2 which was a flagship device. The Mi Note 3 has a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and features a 16:9 aspect ratio.

There's a 16MP front-facing camera backed by an AI Beautify feature. Also, the phone has AI-based facial recognition to unlock your smartphone.
